Ok, unless someone has a better idea than this, I think what we should do is each of us make a blog that simply has our up to date inventories on them, then we put all the links on this one. Does that make sense? I don't know how to make links simply to Word documents or things NOT on the web.
OR
We could just post what we need...like the forum.
ANY other ideas are welcome!
